The road isnt the best but thats the fault of the city of West Springfield for not caring about how much excise tax their inhabitants pay a year. The flower was hit or miss with the few kinds I purchased, the staff was nice- but clueless, and the overall experience made my head spin. With all of the other dispensaries in the area, I would strongly suggest seeking elsewhere before wasting your time! I guess not seeing a single other person in there (besides one man looking for INSA) should have been an indication to RUN.

I was still missing 1 1/8th! Do the employees have any idea what they're doing? And to make matters worse, after doing the math with my brother (since it's not my strong suit lol) they actually overcharged me and I basically ended up getting about 10% off rather than my full 20% first time patient discount. Why didn't they review my order with me to avoid confusion rather than just reassure me it was all there? They did apologize for the inconvenience, and after the second visit, I figured it was all sorted out. Not so surprised, I was missing 3 1/8's of the Sox flower hence why my total was so low. Although you receive 20% off for 1st time visit, it made no sense that my total was so low but the employee swore up and down that everything was accounted for - ok? After I pulled out of the driveway, I stopped and checked to make sure it was all there prior to my 25 min drive home. I placed a preorder requesting 4 1/8's of Sox, 1 1/8 of wedding wafers, and 2 different grams of flower. While it may have it's positives, I was far too overwhelmed by the utter chaos throughout my visit.
